The tripit app is one of the best travel apps around, organizing your travel plans in an easy access master travel itinerary. All you have to do (besides downloading the application) is email tripit your travel information -hotel, airline etc- and tripit organizes it for you. Your itinerary is then made available through the app, making it accessible from everywhere. With the tripit pro version you could even get alerts about travel delays and such. 

An itinerary can be a hassle to make, especially for longer trips (say, for instance when 'doing Europe') and for those kind of travels tripit can definitely be of use. Of course you can also keep editing the itinerary, should your plans change along the way (when do they ever not)
